    I've had a bucket of this stuff for a while, but have never really been taking it consistently. I'm gonna take it more regularly from now on. I work out 2 times a week, maybe 3 times the odd week. (This is after maybe a 4 month break).

    My diet is good, plenty of carbohydrates and protein, only probably not quite calorific enough for the gains I want to make. Basically, I want to make mad gains and become as buff as possible. I wanna get buff like 50 cent!

    I drink the stuff with a pint of milk out of a shaker. How many tablespoons of the powder should I clug? I find it moderately difficult to make gains, but not impossible, I put on nearly 6 pounds of muscle in 3 months before.

    If it's relevant I'm 6'1, 12st 6lb at the moment. Used to weight close to 13st so I'd imagine I'll make big gains initally thanks to muscle memory. I want to get up to as close to 13st 6lb as possible. My pythons are currently only at little over 14 and I want them at 15+ inches.
