I don't have weights and can't join a gym...

    Ok my details are: 18 Male 70kg(11.3 stone)

    I don't need to loose weight but I want to loose a bit to reveal that 6 pack!

    I've done a lot of research so I know whats going on, nutrition wise...etc

    The thing is,
    I don't have weights and can't join a gym and people advise me to do weights before cardio(after warm up) as it helps you loose fat..obviously..etc

    I don't want to spend the money on a gym as I have other money issues at the moment. Anyone any ideas on what I could do? Perhaps try and bench large heavy objects :D?:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Get a big bag of play sand and put it into something u can lift..plastic bags eg..u can adjust weight as necessary and its really cheap :)
