Anyone know where to buy it in Dublin in a brick n'mortar shop?
I hear its a very good anti-estrogen and want to try it out and see if it does anything for me.

Why do you want an anti-estrogen?

If you think you might have breast cancer, it's probably not a good idea to self-medicate.

You really should see a doctor as soon as possible. If you're looking for the drug for some other reason, you should also seek help.

If its for PCT ask your source, if not then you'll need a prescription here in Ireland. In some countries you can buy it OTC and im almost certain its legal to import here for your own personal use of course.

    It's a prescription med.

You wont get it in the stores. It will also be seized if they find you trying to get it posted in since it is not legal to have a prescription med here without a valid prescription (although it's a very minor offence and not something they would bother prosecuting) You'll have to go to some underground source to get it.

Why are you looking for an anti-E anyway?
    Are you on cycle/PCT?

No its not pct im way too young for any of that stuff. I just wanted to try it out as my diet kinda sucks at the moment and im eating too much potatoes which i hear are full of estrogen.I'm just basically trying to test it out.

Would Novedex XT by Gaspari have the same effect in stopping conversion to estrogen and upping test levels?

This is impossible to say without sounding sarcastic but has it ever crossed your mind to eat less potatoes?

I wouldn't worry about it either. I can't see men developing breasts from eating potatoes, even factoring in the potential assimilation of phytoestrogens or whatever is supposed to in them.

if i could i would but its not my decision.i cant cook and i eat 'em 5 days a week.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,635 ✭✭✭tribulus

You could always learn how to!

Anyway the point is, trying to find anti-estrogens to counteract your potato problem is pretty retarded and unnecessary.

unnecessary, maybe but there is no need to use the R word , the guy asked an honest question

Cooking pasta is the same if not easier. Put required amount of pasta in a saucepan of boiling water, cover the pan. Leave for about 10-12 mins depending on how soft you like it, drain the water from the pasta. Job done.

    How hard was that?

If your making the effort to make the gym then surely you can learn to cook basic things.

I think he's taking the piss tbh. Besides looking for a prescription drug to reduce the unconfirmed (if any) effects of eating potatoes five times a week is retarded as far as I'm concerned. It's like looking for heroin to get rid of a headache.

I didnt know it was a prescription drug.I might be doing to much research into this whole estrogen thing.
I'll just have to cook for myself now then just hope i dont burn the house down

Maybe, maybe not all we can do is take people on face value

If you read the original post you will see that he was not aware you needed a prescription,

Google Nolvadex. It doesn't take too long to figure out that you won't find it sitting on a shelf somewhere beside Strepsils and Milk of Magnesia.

Smokey, I suggest you start reading... a lot. Worrying about the oestrogenic effects of potatoes should be number 176 on the "Things I need to worry about in order to look good/ get strong/ be a dedicated gym bunny" list.

Learning to cook and learning about nutrition should have a significantly higher priority on that list than they seem to right now. Both are easier than they seem at first and will give you 100 times better results than farting around with marketing scam supplements.

Lift strong, eat well and rest easy. Everything else slots into place after that.

Exactly as GEM has said - why oh why are some people looking at the detailed stuff rather than getting the bloody basics right.

Put the Flex magazine down and start deadlifting

Cos it's easier to just slam some nolva instead of having the self control to put the fork down....

I don't think he is being unfair here - I'd say he held back what he really wanted to say.

There really are some clowns on this site - makes for good entertainment at times though, despite the fact that if you were to think about it, it's quite sad.
