losing weight with big gaps between meals

I'm about 5'10", male, 23 years old and trying to lose a few pounds. I was over 105kg a few months ago and did the lipotrim diet (i know it's not popular here!) but it worked well for me, i found it easy enough over 3 weeks. Got down to 90kg which was crazy, that was about 2 months ago. Still at 90kg, but still pretty heavy and want to lose a few more. I watch what I eat but still not falling off.

I find it easy to go without food for long stretches of time, just by drinking loads of water. But when I eat then, I find it hard not to eat large portions. So I'm wondering is it difficult to lose weight eating just 2 meals a day? I've heard if you go long stretches, the body retains food more, is it really that bad.

ooooooo so many factors to consider  Ok you obviously don’t care about nutritional content , so just buy some of the weight watcher’s meals , that will solve you portion size problem

Because the lipotrim has destroyed your metabolism.

IMO you should just get used to eating smaller portions - a trick is to always leave something on your plate.

I do care about nutritional content, working the weights and trying to put on muscle as well. Alright, I'll suck it up and try the smaller portions. It'll be tough though, I've a big appetite.

Drink plenty of water if im dieting I always have a pint glass or 500ml bottle handy it really helps to fill you up after a week or two you will get used to the portion size

    Ps

buy your water in lidel's (I tend to refill them from the tap a few time's)

Well I don't recommend this and have never tried it but...Intermittent Fasting sounds like it could be too your liking. Just google "Intermittent Fasting"

I drink about 5 litres of volvic a day, it's the best. Spend about 80 euro every few weeks filling up my boot with the stuff!

Intermittent Fasting sounds dodge, especially after the lipotrim, I'll just try it the old fashioned way for a few more weeks.

You identified your problem as going too long between meals and then gorging (or at least overfilling) as a result. Don't you think the obvious answer is to have meals more often, while making the portions smaller?

Always wondered why people pay for imported water from France.
Ballygowan or any Irish brand not good enough?
