Xbox booting twice then flashing red

Hiya, Have a modded Xbox, has been working grand for the past year then when I went to turn it on today it booted twice then when it booted a third time the LED just flashed red and green. Hiya,

Have a modded Xbox, has been working grand for the past year then when I went to turn it on today it booted twice then when it booted a third time the LED just flashed red and green. Are there any modders in the Dublin area who could have a look or know the solution?

Edit: I opened it up and reseated the chip, seems to have worked
