I would like a critique of my fatloss diet

    7.30 breakfastredface.gifmelete made with some turkey,ham,eggwhites and whole eggs a little cheese and lots of veg like onions tomatoes peppers etc

    10.30 small break protein shake made with 2 servings of whey and a handful of mixed nuts

    1.30 veggie stirfry with as many variet as veg as possible and a meat consisting of either salmon, beef,chicken

    4.30 just before training( a serving of explode 2 which is a preworkout formula by a company called pronutrition)

    5.30 immediately when Im done training a serving of Ram which is a postworkout product by pronutrition x

    6.30 dinner which will consist of a hearthy portion of lean sirloin or fillet steak and a baked potato and some veg

    9.30 about a half hour before bed a tub of lowfat cottage cheese with a scoop of whey thrown in and some natural peanut butter

    to ensure I am getting adequate fats I will have 1 to 2 fish oil caps with each meal and 1 tablespoon of flax oil dail and a good multi vitamin and lots of water

    I am open to any modifications or suggestions.Thanks for your help
    I am about 16 stone and 23% bodyfat I am aiming for 2500 cals and I would like to be ripped

    Post your training workout for the week - reps, weight lifted sets and your height.

    You are taking welllllll over 2,500 cals a day.

    Do cardio to get your fat levels down

    The meals look really good, the only concern is the quantities. Plug your food into www.fitday.com to get an exact calorie count and breakdown of your protein, fat, and carbs.

    Post your workouts, including cardio.

    Bear in mind that if you commute to a desk job, your maintenance calories will be a lot lower than most of the on-line calculators say. Personally, I reckon 13 cals per pound is maintenance for most desk jockeys.
