    why bother - its just another gimic and takes you away from the obvious questions of what changes you need to make in your diet. Read the stickies

    Also its a meal replacement drink of which there are farrrr better on the market.

    Read the ingredients, the first ones are slim milk, sugar and thickeners. They really are junk. You can do a decent diet with a proportion of your meals replaced by shakes, but buy some decent protein powder and make your own. Whey protein is best for after a workout, but as a meal replacement, you might be better with casein, which takes longer to digest and will fill you up better.
