I'm seriously considering using it when I need to refill. The ingredients look pretty good, and a couple of Polish women at my gym recommend it.

Sounds like it's training to be Clen.

As a rule, if something trys to sound like a steorid/PROPER performance enhancing compound, I stay away because it's usually sh!t.

Of course I've never even heard of the thing in question, but I'm highly skeptical of that type of marketing ploy.

No, it's a thermo, lots of ingredients like green tea, yerba mate, cayenne, caffeine, etc.

I knew someone who was using it as a supplement for cutting, and treated as such - had pretty good results.

But they guy had disciplioned diet + exercise, and was using it to enhance that.

That's going to apply to any thermo. Even something like an EC stack will only give significant results if you are actively dieting and exercising.

It sounds like its trying to be Clenbuterol.Clenbuterol is horrible crap, its actually an asthma medication that'll make you feel hot, sweaty, cranky and irritable and it'll do nothing to shift fat unless you're at the level that you dont have any fat to speak 0f.I used to have bad sthma and this stuff was prescribed to me..it did nothing to make my breathing easier it just made me sweat like a rapist.

It's not trying to be Clenbuterol. It's stuff like green tea extract, yerbe mate, caffeine, cayenne pepper and similar ingredients.

Look at the name of it. It's clearly hoping for some crossover name association.

OP, how did you get on? Have you noticed anything different yet?

I'm thinking of trying it out, I'm looking to lose a large amount of weight, like 20 kilos to start off with, and was thinking of giving this a try in combination with my mainly protein diet and workout program which was provided by my Gym.

It doesn't seem to be that expensive, but that's if it gets results! I don't fancy spending about 18 quid on placebos!

Unless it contains ephedrine or speed it isn't going to work. You are clutching at straws if you think there is a pill that's going to do the hard cardio and diet control for you. Save your money clean up your diet, up your cardio and lift weights and stretch.

    USPlabs
    Oxyelite Pro

All the reviews suggest it works

I've used a few of those thermogens in the past and I absolutely wouldn't be arsed using them again unless I was really, really trying to shift the last bit of stubborn fat or I was trying to survive on really low calories.

The impact they have on fat loss is negligible at best, and the only thing I've ever found them any use for is appetite suppression - even at that it's a very limited frame that they work for and those effects disappear after a week or so (in my experience anyway).

Drinking heaps of cold water is just as effective both as a thermogen and to keep your appetite in check. Heck of a sight cheaper too :)

(That's not to say that cold or icy water is an effective thermogen, just that it's as effective as these products :pac:)

Right, so consensus seems to be that it (and other thermogens) are not any real addition to working out and drinking lots of water, unless one wants to just burn off money as well as kilos.

    Hey Scan Man,

If you have 20 KG's to loose thermogens are not the place to start.

Not making assumptions about you Scan Man. My take on this, in general I don't agree with this stuff, yeah it will work for those you are already disciplined and want to loose that last bit of body fat %

1st Make sure you have your diet clean and you have a good consistent training program. Even post up your diet etc. and you'll get help here. Start up a tread in the fitness log section.

2nd. If someone is overweight and unfit thermogens can cause problems. The can drive up heart rate and blood pressure. Do some research on the ingredients.

There are no short cuts to weight loss and fitness. It’s a journey and look at it as an investment for the future.

    Cheers

I used Clenburexin a number of years ago to loose the last half a stone i wanted to loose around my waist! It actually did the trick! without exercise I went from a 32" waist to a 30" waist in 2 weeks and lost half a stone! i was taking a little more than recommended tho!!
I bought them again this week as i have put on about 2 stone and dont have time for the gym. I am fully confident that I will loose the 2 stone using these pills! i have had excellent experience with these in the past and have recommended them to friends who also thought they were great!
They seem to work better the heavier you are. I recommended to a girl who was 17 stone and she lost a stone in a week!!
