    Anyone ever tried any of their products eg leukic, gakic, hydroxycut, celltech?

    Over priced, over hyped up products tbh.

    I have tried most of their products just to be curious. Gakic gave me severe abdominal cramps.

    Ya the most i have heard good about is celltech, gakic dioes not seem to be getting good reviews

    Gakic was a miracle substance when it came out. It was also reported to taste like sh!t in a can....

    Thats mad, I thought gakic was the best supp I have ever taken! You ust don't get tired from the very first day you take it. Given it to a few people aswell and they thought the same. I only take it once a week on legs day, rarely on back if I am already in bits. Its a very very strange feeling wanting to do more sets after squats, leg presses and hack squats.

    Whats the best way to take it Mick, I still have a tub of it left. Also one night I used it coming home I felt disorientated. Not sure if it was directly caused by the supp tho!

    Just 45 mins before you train take 6 or 8 of them, only on legs day for me. It basically blocks lactic acid or whatever enzyme makes you feel tired. It is a weird feeling even while lifting you don't get the same burning feeling in the muscle.

    I take the tabs, the taste of the powder is what probly screwed up your stomach, its supposed to taste foul. In powder its 7-10g so 1-2 tea spoons.

    Sounds like it could be useful in combat sports like boxing and mma etc?

    I think ON have brought out something similar , I can't seem to find the ad at the moment but if I recall corectly the punch line was something like "feeling the burn is so 1980's "

    Same idea as beta-alanine buffering the H+ ions throw off as a result of training so?
