    Is it possible to compile a list of things that are good to eat

    I've read through so many posts and people have posted good ideas of stuff to make but i never wrote them down...i dunno where to go looking for em now

    so say for someone not looking to bulk up..just get toned and that "muscular looK"..if ya get me...just a few things so someone can look at the list and say..yeah i'll have that for dinner tonight...or i'll snack on that now...

    so far i have things like

    Breakfast
    Porridge
    Scrambled eggs

    Snacks
    handful of Cashew nuts (do ordinary groundnuts or hazelnuts etc suffice)

    Lunch
    Salad with chicken and olive oil dressing

    Dinner (i know this part could be endless)
    Chicken with brown rice/pasta
    veg- Spinach peppers mangetout

    Drinks
    Water
    Low fat milk

    if everyone added an item we might be able to combine a fairly comprehensive list

    what ye think? :confused:
