well i'm just about finished a year in TF, so I need to find a more accessible gym, that I can go to on a more regular basis. Being so far away from TF meant I could go 5 days one week, 3 days the next, then maby two days and then not go. So yeah, anyone know.

any specific requirements: cardio / machines / free weights / classes (spinning/aerobic) / pool (workout swim/relax swim) / other (steam/sauna)
