Lawnmower problem

    Hi

    Our lawn mower (petrol) has decided not to cooperate...it starts but cuts out immediately...any thoughts??

    check the spark plugs give them a rub with a dry cloth worked wonders on mine.

    maybe fuel starved if it starts and then cuts out. if your a hands on type try draining the carburettor float bowel(bowel shaped thingy beneath the carb,single bolt beneath)let the fuel run free then replace and try starting as normal.

    Dirty air filter? Try and run it without the filter.
