Pushups - balancing on the healthy ankle

Pull Ups - if you have some sort of bar / ledge

Read up on a new fitness regime for when you are back to full health.

Im currently awaiting surgery on a cartilage injury in my knee but have been remaining very active in the gym.
The treadmill is out but im still doing plenty of free weights etc.

Check out any of the weight training going on in the female fitness logs over there >>//

There are no Arnoldette's, just strong fit & slim healthy women.

    It's treadmill, no 'h'.

And I've caught the grumpy mood that's going around today (must be the weather?) so right now statements like this:

... are making my blood boil. Ridiculous thing to say.

If you sprained your ankle and need advice on treatments or recovery procedures see a medical professional.
