    Hi, just wondering does anyone know of Tae Bo classes in Galway? Pref, Claregalway/Tuam area.

    I posted this in the Self Defence Forum already,(:owrong Forum, I know, they told me to post here that I might get more responses), and was told to check out the Nuig, Crunch Fitness. I will do, but just hoping there might be some class my side of the town.

    Hi, we have a Boxercise class (run by Sarah, qualified Boxercise instructor) on Thursday evenings in Liosban Industrial Estate off the Tuam Road if thats anygood. Thats the only night I'm afraid as the other nights are all martial arts.

    There is Body Combat (martial arts based aerobics) and Body Attack (Aerobics on speed) in NUIG at various times (lunch and evenings) throughout the week in NUIG. Just check at the desk in Aran Na McLeinn for details.

    I just clicked on the link in your sig there, and see you do Thai Kickboxing. I'm definatley interested in that. Has that course started yet? If so when does the next on start?

    Hi LB, short notice I know but if you could make it down tomorrow night for about 6.30pm, we've only had one class so far so you could jump in as there are a few more people starting tomorrow. If not, I honestly don't know when exactly I'll be running the next one as we're really busy in the club at the moment so would be sometime in the Autumn at the earliest.
