Ray D'arcy Listener wants to loose weight

    Is anyone listening to Ray D'Arcy this morning?

    A woman wrote in and asked how she can loose weight? She doesn't want to exercise (she even hates walking), and doesn't want to change her diet (I think she said she had a chicken curry for her breakfast)...

    Even Ray and co. got a good snigger from it.....

    Now how could we help her??? :rolleyes:

    What weight did he say he was?

    Must be so frustrating for those for whom advice on weight loss is part of their job. E.g. my mum's a nurse and she constantly had whingey, moany patients on her case who were morbidly obese and looking for some miracle pill to get rid of the weight. She, understandably, would lose it with them.
