SE k610I Firmware

    Hi All
    I'm havin a wee problem with my k610i, and was told that to remedy it I would need to update the firmware.......
    Problem is I have no idea how to do this :confused:
    The firmware currently on the phone is R1CD001
    Any help woud be great :)

    If you go the sonyericsson.com site you can use the updater service to the get the latest firmware for your phone. Sometime the operators (I know Vodafone do it) have the phone preconfigured that the firmware cannot be updated or the update service will report that you have the latest firmware even whne you haven't. If you meet this obstacle you will need to debrand the phone (davinciteam.com) before you can update the firmware.

    The program you're looking for is called SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service), you can download it directly here.

    Before you start I'd advice charging your phone fully.

    And take out your SIM card and memory card too (Just to be safe)
