    Can anybody recommend a good protein supplement? Also what is the best thing to eat pre-workout? Cheers.

    i find PRO-X by nutritionx quite good (mint choc), aswell as 100% whey by prolab (straw), as far as pre-workout meal iam not a big fan of eating a whole lot, as long youve had a decent meal 2 or 3 hours before then just have a protein shake half hour before workout

    these are all 76% as is.

    Prolab is 70% so not as high,but its good also.

    That is REALLY cool!!

    NutritionX's Big Whey and Bulk Powders 80% whey concentrate are both good.
