There are a couple of sites in the states that you can try which do Propper & Tru-Spec Marpat (Woodland Digital) and happily ship to Ireland. Prices and shippping are actually quite reasonable. I can't say anything as to the quality of the stuff on ebaybanned or ehobby as I haven't seen them upclose and personal, but Propper and Tru-Spec both claim to actually supply the USMC (Mainly*)

Major difference between the two brands - Tru-Spec has velcro on the arm pockets while Propper doesn't. Also found a bit of a difference in the material used by Tru-Spec, feels a bit lighter than Propper's.

*Note: You will find that the Propper Brand of Marpat is in short supply at the minute, have been told by various US retailers that it will be August before Propper can actually supply them again - USMC must be ordering the stuff by the truck load.

    2 sites you might try - www.armynavydeals.com or www.scarmy.com

    www.flecktarn.co.uk are excellent.

I have also used www.brigadequartermaster.com but did have shipping issues with them on the last order.

I got the digital camo off Ehobby, Quality is very poor, two buttons came off the pants before even putting them on, stitching is poor, the fabric wouldn't even make a good dish cloth. It is tuff canvas fabric though it won't tare.

For all the use I get out of them it's fine though, it has all the pockets I'd need and so on. I think jacket and pants cost a total of €40 so it didn't break the bank and will keep me going until I know what to buy. Happy enough with them.

The only thing to remember about copied uniforms is that you get what you pay for. I got the ACU set from ebaybanned and they look practically identical to real ACU and the genuine ACU nametapes and rankslides I use with it. I haven't yet tested how they react to a bit of abuse or washing, but I won't hold up too much hopes for the colour to remain steadfast.

About the vests, get the CIRAS one on ebaybanned. It's fantastic, really well put together and comes with all the pouches you'll need.

wow your right they do have a huge selection but a bit out of my price range

To the Forum moderators i suggest making this a sticky thread so anyone new to the sport can find good places to buy online

But people please remember to support Irish Airsoft retailers :D
    Cheers

Actually I will add these links to the etailers details in the Newbie thread

In the meantime if people can post up sites they have ordered from here for the next couple of days I will add them to the thread. I'll close this thread then.

Anyone use this vest from ebaybanned MOLLE Assault Tactical Vest? I'm not worried about it not coming with pouches as I'd planned getting a selection to suit myself. So is it as good as the CIRAS one in build and quality?

    Cheers
