Ankle Brace?

    Hi,

    I sprained my ankle recently playing astro and it's just about healed up, what kind of ankle support, if any, would people recommend? is a support bandage ok or should i be looking to get a fancy brace? This is the second time its happened in 3 weeks, but i didn't rest it properly the first time and paid the price. Its not a bad sprain, i could walk on it the next day, but i'm wary that i'd go over on it again and actually do some damage, so i'd like to be proactive about it.
