    Good day to all

    Just joined up this morn, being lookin for something like this (i hope)

    Wud be a regular gym/ pool user & am involved in various sports.

    Upped the anty lately gym wise and my weight is droppin off and but dont want that to happen as i dont really have it to lose

    6ft1" and weigh in 13stone - down 1/2stone since March

    Want to bulk up somewhat - but i dont have much (any) knowhow regardin diets and supplements

    all help appreciated :)
