    hey my diet is usually good mon-fri

    however sat and sun it goes to pot as im at home and just eat for the sake of it

    during the week im in work till 5 then home for food then gym then home and bed

    anyway of keeping the motivation going ???????????????????

    i always say next week will be diff etc

    Go to the gym on a weekend day - I find that I am more likely to stick to eat right on days that I do some exercise, doesnt have to be gym, go for a hike or a cycle or something.

    Or, dont buy crap - if it's not in the house you are less likely to eat it when you are just hanging around.
