new to bodybuilding comps?

    Hi everyone, from waterford , 20 years old

    i have been bodybuilding for years and have always wanted to get into competitions. Is there no Web page or agency with dates and Places that we could join to get info?

    how do you know when and where the amature or first-timer comps are?

    any info about this would be a great help.
    as many people i have asked mainly say just look in the papers,

    is there no better method??

    Paul Byrne runs the NABBA Ireland shows. Just go to the forums and will have most stuff related to the NABBA shows and probably some other shows.

    There is also the RIBBF which cover RIBBF related shows
