    hi

    im 5ft 8 around 11 and a half stone.
    i am curretnly training in a gym after a gap of 7 months without training.
    i am looking for a good diet to get a 6 pack and at the same time get big and defined muscles. im a little overweight but it is not at all noticeable and im doing cardio four days a week to get rid of this. im doing free weights and if you have any tips on anything that would be great but at the moment a diet is most urgent.
    Please help as soon as possible!!!!!
