    hi guys,

I'd appreciate your comments on my pics. I'm looking for areas you think look unbalanced or need more focus. I currently do a 3 day split programme - legs, back/chest, shoulders/arms.

    I'm 175cm (5ft 9) & 70kg (11st)

    thanks

I would say learn to pose better. It's hard to tell because of the posing but it looks like your lats and lower back need work. Quads are decent but I don't really see any hamstrings. Great side shot though.

thanks for the feedback tribulus, I know I'm not much of a poser! Gotta keep practising I guess

what are some good exercises to really target lower back and hams?

I already do sldl, leg curls, deads, squats, bent over rows and good mornings for the hams and lower back. Anything else I could do or just do more of those?

It sounds like you have it covered tbh! How long have you been doing the deads and sldls? If you put up a better back shot it might show off your back better and prove otherwise, it's just hard to tell from the shots.

Good work Jambi! I'm an inch shorter, and weight 70kg also. Thought I was getting in to pretty decent shape, but my shots would be nowhere near as impressive as that...

for 11st you look pretty big, fair play, beats me anyway

Just wondering do you not feel wrecked from doing chest and back on the same day.

Chest and lats need work for shizzle.

Glad y'all like my short shorts! :p

It's good to get some feedback because although I have a programme and I feel good about my training, the comments will help me to tweak my training in areas I hadn't recognised need more work. So thanks!

@trib: I've been doing deadlifts for over a year and sldls on and off. They are a big part my current training plan though. I change my programme approximately every 6 weeks, with different splits, exercises and set/rep combos.

@vegeta: I have recently started doing back and chest on the same day with this split. I had back and chest on different days on previous split programmes. I haven't found combining them on the same day too bad, although I find I sometimes back off the intensity a little. Legs day is the real killer for me!

Quads are a standout, especially at 70kg!
