Is it time for an update?

I have been trying to bulk. It seems to have worked, I have increased from 68kg to 85kg (height=177cm). My current big threes are:

    Squat - 85kg x 5
    Bench - 70kg x 5
    Dead - 90kg x 5

My question is, is it time for me to change my diet now? I seem to get quite hungry before meals and I don't feel that full afterwards, which has never occurred to me since I started to bulk. Here is what I am eating:

Breakfast - A cup of porridge with 2 weetabix plus a banana (sometimes with some whey powder to make up for the protein)

Snack - 6 ryvita with peanut butter (this is probably the least satisfying meal of the day)

Lunch - 2 chicken sandwiches with some salad (some spinach or romaine lettuce plus tomatoes or cucumbers)

Snack - half a pot of low fat yogurt (about 200g) plus one piece of fruit (orange, apple or some grapes) plus nuts (usually chesew, sometimes mixed)

Dinner - Tuna pasta (I finish a pack of 1kg wholemeal pasta in 6 meals, so it's about 130g of pastas, sometimes I replace pasta by brown rice. As for tuna, I finish 2 cans in three meals) with some vegs (two of the followings: mushrooms, broccolis, celery, beetroot, kidney beans, this sort of things)

Snack - Cheese omelet (2 eggs) with two pieces of toast

On workout days, I have a whey or soya protein shake after workout and I have a sardines sandwich in the last meal instead of omelet.

So voila, here's my current diet. Please let me know what you think. Should I simply eat more as I lift heavier? As you can see, I eat very similar food every day. Will I need to take some vitamin/mineral supplements? I can post my workouts as well if it helps. Cheers!

Generally when I get real hungry it's a sign there's some serious growth potential once I start eating even more. Might just be time to bump up your kcals. Remember, all the added muscle you've put on will mean you need more calories so keep making adjustments.

Thanks for that Hanley! I guess I will just have to eat more. Any suggestions on how to change my diet plan? Cheers.

Paddy do you mind if I just hijack this thread for one second? No? Well tough, I'll do it anyway :D.

Even though I'm not lifting very much should I still look to eat a lot? Or will packing myself with food only have negative effects because I lift so light.

What are your goals? If you want to get bigger or stronger then I would say yes, seefood diet.

Im hearing this alot, "Eat anything that isnt nailed down" n all that, but is it really that simple? Ive only been lifting heavy(ish) for a couple of months but im seeing big increases in what I lift, im getting a good bit bigger too. I suppose im just wondering how disciplined we have to be with our diet when bulking up? Is it simply a case of lift like he-man, take lots of protien and wolf down everybit of grub you see? Surely not, that sounds too straight forward:pac:

Of course it's that simple. Just don't be completely stupid with food choices!!

Yeah, I started with this diet plan which was way too much for a 68kg. I gained a lot of weight in the beginning and I think I gained some fats too. But now, I think the fats are going away, but my weights are still going up (more slowly now), so I must be gaining some muscles I guess. Any critiques on my diet plans? Anyone?
