Animal Pak

A few people I know have recommended this to me.

I was told to get Animal Stak and Pak, I plan on trying supplements so I think I'm gonna go for these. Are there any other supps I should get? And do they deliver to Ireland, does anyone know how long they'd take to get here?

Do you play sport and is there a chance you'll be tested if so cross check individual ingredients with the banned substance list

I don't do any competitive sports no, just lift, run, football, and occasionally MMA but that's in the past and I don't plan on competing in it.

Yeah it's recent enough, around the time when N.O Explode also got banned. Animal Stak is banned as well.

You are aware animal pak is just a multi vitamin and amino acid supplement. Not saying you think this but the amount of people who think animal pak is some kind of hardcore supplement because of those animal pak videos is ridiculous.

Good supplement though has basically every Amino,mineral and vitamin your body needs.

Yeah I'm aware of that. I haven't used it in ages though. Back then I wasn't really eating the proper foods, now my diet contains a wide variety of veg etc.

Yeah that's what a lad in work told me. He said he could get packets for 60 quid off someone he trains with.


What should I use then, are there any supps that'd give me a bit more energy before lifting? And any that would decrease the DOMS afterwards?

Other than the standard post workout protein shake,

Theres a lot of pre workout supplements out there but me personally I just stick to regular caffeine tablets, 200mg of caffeine per tablet, cheap and effective. Though a product I would recommend is Gaspari Size On it is a brilliant supplement a lot of my friends are using it and are gaining strength and muscle unfortunately I can't use it because I'm not allowed any sugars in my diet.

As for post workout to stop DOMs, I hear good things about mixing glutamine with your post workout shake. Personally protein works fine for me but am considering investing in some glutamine because its so cheap and from what I can gather it works.
