    This is a great show. Promotes weight loss through pure hard work, dedication, mental toghness and good eating.

    Its a bit of a big brother for over weight people.
    check out some of the links, if these guys can do it then so can you. In fairness they are able to dedicate themselves 24/7 with pro back up.
