Weak shooting KWA M11A1

I have a KWA M11A1 and it seems to be very underpowered compared to my other two gbb's. It seems to take an unusually large amount of gas for a single burst of fire. I actually had to dismantle the entire gun and clean/lube everything before it would work at all. Anyone had this problem with theirs?
