Actors/Actresses that get up my wick

This has been bugging me for ages. Eddie Murphy and his ego. Why is it that he thinks that he should play at least 6 characters in a movie. i.e. Coming to America, Nutty professor I & II and the one I try to forget every day Norbit. None of these movies are in the least funny and he plays the same role.
Also Daniel Radcliffe man I love to give that guy a wedgie and leave him on his broomstick. He has a face that you just would not get tired of hitting.
Glad I got that off my chest anybody else have the same anger!!:mad:

I agree with you on most of that except for Coming To America - thats a classic . After BHC I & II . Trading Places and Coming To America , Murphys ego imploded on himself and the movies he makes. Played two characters in Bowfinger also - lol

Despite his descent into overacting heaven, i enjoy watching him go OTT in films. The guy never does interviews to promote films so i get the feeling he doesnt give a right swinging mickey anymore!

His best shouting moments are City Hall and Devil's Advocate. Dire films though

Laura Innes from E.R, when she was on screen i felt like a little piece of my soul had drifted away in pure disgust at the lifeless performances she continuously gave(i Have never come across a more wooden, stale,miserable,unlikeable,meloncolic actor/actress than she,complete minger to tops. but then there is always Sandra Bullock , how has she not been mentioned already, unwatchable,terrible actress. I suppose i can through Nichlos Cage into the mix, Cant stand him, has never been a convincing actor, mildly amusing in Face off but that is it....

Dakota Fanning: urghh! Ruins pretty much any film shes in. Luckily, she hasn't been in too many good films as it stands, so we're not really loosing out on much.

One actor who has always annoyed the hell out of me is Gerard Depairdu. Remember my mother used to always watch his (english-language) films, and English was way too poor to be anything but laughable. Haven't seen his big French films like Jean De Florette (I think thats the one hes in?) but whenever I see him in an English or French film, I want to strangle the guy. Just seems like such a smarmy character!

Eddie Murphy would have made the list but for the exceptions of the first hour of Trading Places, and his finest moment on (off) film - Donkey.

Burt Reynolds for years, would have been a gold standard of awfulness, but Boogie Nights ruined his use as a reliable barometer.
