    Hi,

    I was hoping you could critique my diet here. I'm trying to get it together a little, after years of not really caring what I ate.

    My goals are to lose some weight (6-7 Kilos) and to generally feel better & healthier. I have also started running again, and go hiking for fun...

    I'm generally not a heavy drinker, and might get out once every two weeks, and would have maybe 5-6 pints...

    Breakfast - 9AM
    2 x boiled eggs
    2 slices wholemeal toast
    1 banana
    1 Glass of smoothie/fruit juice/water

    Brunch - 11AM
    Might have a Coffee (Black with small drop of milk)

    Lunch - 1PM
    1 x Meat (usually lean chicken)
    2 x Potatoes
    Sometimes a piece of fruit (Apple)
    1 x glass smoothie

    Afternoon - 4PM
    Might have a Coffee (Black with small drop of milk)

    Evening - 8PM
    2 x Turkey breast sandwiches w/ some chillis or hot sauce
    1 Glass of smoothie/fruit juice/water
    1 x piece of fruit (apple/orange)

    That's pretty much it, I'm a very simple eater and I like things fairly plain. Don't like butter. Might get out to restaurant at the weekend, and would usually have a steak with the works... Don't eat dessert but love coffee, black.

    Can anyone help me improve this?
