    ab crunches or any exercise that works those muscles...youll find links on the web. But the more important thing to remember is that its all good and well doing those exercises and forming a 6 pack but it could end up hidden behind your body fat. Youll have to look into your diet as much as doing exercises. Eat better + work out= 6 pack. ie give up the alcohol!!

    Visible abs are all about diet, not routine. Clean your diet up, go on a calorific deficit, and with time those abs will start to pop out.

    If you want a really defined, cut look, incorporated some weighted decline crunches into your routine, and deadlift like the animal you are.
