if you give me €100 I will give you a map, hell if I'm being ultra nice I might even draw some nice running routes on it.

But if you don't have the spce why don't you just run outside for free

Funny, why didn't I think of that!
I work all day and don't like the idea of being out running on my own in the dark evenings. Also, don't have the space to store it when I get bored of it, which no doubt I will. Thanks for the helpful reply!

Whilst I appreciate your unwillingness to go out running in the dark... It was bright this morning when i was up at 5.45am and stays bright until around 9.45pm these days and will stay brighter longer in the coming months. Failing that running on the spot is your only option:D

then what about going for a run during your lunch time. The reason I am against the threadmill is that you have already set your self up to fail so why start, do you really think that running occasionally for 2 months is going to make a difference to you? Instead try and get into something that you like and will keep up even if it is ony 1-2 times a week

Whilst I appreciate the replies, I will not be going running outdoors. Thousands of people belong to a gym and go running/walking/cycling indoors. I can't afford to join one at the moment and want to rent something for the time being.
If you don't know of anywhere I can rent a treadmill, thats fine. I'm well aware of the benefits etc of just running outdoors but it's not for me.
    Thanks
