This past few weeks I've started going to the gtm at lunch time. I want to know what to eat and when. I find I'm always hungry. I'm planning to keep this up - what should I eat and what time in the morning should I eat at? Also, what should I eat afterwards?

Lifting on a full stomach isn't a good idea (puking on leg day isn't a myth!) Have a suitable snack at your mid-morning break (some cottage cheese, an apple, something like that), and then nothing till after you are finished. Afterwards, take a whey shake with a small amount of glucose (dextrose monohydrate) in it. Have another snack meal at your mid-afternoon break.
