Hi, been getting healthier the last month and a bit. I've finally kicked my coke (the soft drink not the blow kind, it was REALLY BAD like at least one bottle a day) habit and might still have one kitkat a week as a treat. eating brown rice now instead of chips and having a breakfast every day (something i havn't done since i had a school uniform on) and generally chhosing the healthier options. not going crazy on the diet since i eat a good bit of fruit veg anyway and i never really stuff myself.
I've also been doing 3-4 days at the gym mixing it up between cardio, weights, core strength and some fitness classes.
only thing is i havnt lost any body fat. not even a tiny bit. weight hasnt changed, nothing. everyones been saying i look like i've lost some weight but im confused as to why it doesnt show on the scales. Plus im not noticing a difference in my jeans. thoughts?
maybe im too impatient but i assumed a few weeks would show something on the scale, even a pound or something. my fitness is getting much better though but i'd really like to lose weight or drop a clothes size or two ect. i went from 9st (size ten) in 2006 to 10.5st(size 14) currently. I'm 5"4".

When you look like you lost weight but did not usually its just because you have changed shape due to your muscles becoming more defined, tighter and firmer!

if your fat levels and weight are not changing then you need to reduce calories and if your eating a lot of fruit i'd say reduce the amount, its healthy but still has to count towards your calorie intake!

Your definetly been healthier but that does not always equate to weight and fat loss, healthy eating and reduction in calories added to your already good training routine should set you in good stead..keep it up..

    Hey OP,

Can you list out everything you eat and drink during a typical weekday and we can offer more advice?
