Foods don't have an RDA, only vitamins and minerals. The amount of any food you eat depends on your fondness for the food, and how many calories you can eat in a day.

They are all good foods, but the first three are high calorie, so definitely eat them, but eat in moderation. Blueberries are good, but at this time of year, they are likely to be farmed or hot house. You might be better waiting until you can get some local fresh ones.

As Eileen says there's no RDI but you still need to control how much you eat in a day so it's good to know the recommended servings.

half of a medium sized avacado

1 oz (or about 24 almonds)

A serving of blueberries is about 50 berries (70g)

1 tbsp of linseed taken 2 or 3 times a day with sufficient liquid (at least 1/4 pint of water to each tablespoon)
