Personal Trainer recommendations?

    Hi

I'm female and I've decided that I need to go back to a personal trainer but I've been out of the loop so long that I've no idea where to start. I used to go to a guy Donal in Westwood a few years ago but hes gone to Oz (I thought he was really good). When he went I replaced him with a guy (not in westwood) who left me to my own devices during the sessions- so i just gave up.

Currently I'm a member of the Fitness Dock (its close to work and home). It dosen't really matter who or where though as long as they know their stuff and dont want to turn me into big muscle girl. Any help would be appreciated!
PM me if you feel its better.

    Thanks

Is that right yeah? How is it cheaper? Would you like to substantiate that claim? If I go to a regular gym and work hard for much less cost will I not get the same or better results?

    !

You need to explain how Educogym is cheaper than a personal trainer in a regular gym.

You need to show beyond all resonable doubt that given two people with the exact same work ethic and circumstances, educogym would provide better results than a compotent personal trainer.

You need to do the above two things or retract your previous statement because it is a baseless absolute assertain without anything to back it up other than popular rhetoric.

Listen, the Op asked for a recommendation and I gave him/her one.

Personal Training is expensive and ranges from 20 - 70 euro per session and higher I'm sure
Educogyms charge between 18 - 25 per session depending on how many you book etc etc.

As for the competency question and challenge re results - If I worked for Educogym I would gladly take you up on it. But I dont ,and suspect anyone who does is too busy getting results for their clients to bother with such pettyness.

You gave them one, but also said it was the best option. It is not.

I'm unsure as to how much sessions in educo cost but I'm fairly sure they're more expensive. Hopefully somone else can confirm?

I fail to see how attempting to figure out what the best and most efficient systems of training are petty...?

In my opinion/experience they are the best option.
They do not cost any more than that per session. FACT.
    Pettyness comment I take back

    Guys,

stop derailing the thread. If you want to discuss Educogym then open a new thread.

Poncheralla, your attitude needs to be reigned in ever so slightly, also, the fact that you only post in threads about TQ or Educo gym is a bit suprising.

We have many other fine topics of discussion here if you would like to take part.

No replies, no rubbish, no nonesense. If this Educo gym debate continues the next person to post on it can expect an infraction.

Make your recommendations and allow the OP to return with questions please.

No Personal trainer charges 20 euro, actually under 50 euro and i'd suggest there not personal trainers, or bad 1's with no confidence in themselves, educogym clearly charge you for having a fitness instructor with you, not the same as a personal trainer.

Look fine thanks, not sure what the personal comment has got to do with the post - read the charter please.

If you come on making blanket statements expect to be challenged, as Hanley alluded to. I'm not attacking you personally.
