You mean to flavour it up or other supplements?

Like throwing things in like a banana or peanut butter.

Last night I mixed a vitamin C sachet (like Berocca) with natural flavoured protein. It was nice for a change. No harm in that is there?

Porridge oats are a good source of complex carbs and mix easily, they give a sustained release of energy and go down easily!!
It's not as sick as it sounds !

Porridge udo's oil and whey = perfect meal replacement and macro nutrient mix : )

Is that used as a meal replacement?

Just look at it as a less expensive "home made" option!

The trick is use a good quality protein {whey isolate/hydrosylate or mix} so it doesn't becone too clumped and lumpy

The oats dissolve easily and are very "drink-able" go with about 50g
add 2 scoops of whey [approx 50g of protein]
and 1/2 table spoons of udo's oil

mix in approx 400ml of water- enjoy!

    http://www.naturalife.ie/product.asp?cookiecheck=yes&P_ID=124&strPageHistory=related

It's a blend of fatty acids - look it up!
A very important part of anyones "diet"

    Your overall health will improve.

You HAVE chocolate flavour and you want to make it taste like something else or you have a plain flavour and want to make it taste chocolatey??

Tbh I don't like shakes, but many of my friends are doing it in the morning, before they leave to work: bananas, an egg, an apple, pear, kiwi. If you want to try more just combine the fruits. I tried once and my bell was sore for 2 days..since then I decided that shake is not made for me =))

Check out frozen berries they have in supermarkets. They go nicely with most shakes.

Also, the nicest shake without any doubt is: 1 scoop of mint choc whey, 1 scoop of vanilla, mixed with milk and ice - it tastes exactly like mint cornetto.
