Hi guys
My boyfriend has thrown his neck out pretty painfully - just woke up unable to move it properly, can't even stand up without pain. This is an area I'm completely unfamiliar with, so can anyone give me any recommendations as to what to do? Short term solutions (I guess anti-inflammatories are a start) to get him functioning again, and where should we go from here? He's thrown it out a couple of times before, but never this severely (started yesterday, was worse today), so I'm thinking it might happen again. We're in Galway, so does anyone have any area-specific ideas as well, eg. a masseuse or osteo or anything who might be able to help?
