    Hi guys,
I'm looking for a soundbite to put over a podcast which I manage. Can someone recommend some decent/free software which can do this in a 'professional' and 'polished' manner.

    Or.

Is there a willing soul out there willing to give it a go? It's a simple 'You're listening to the X podcast. Check out website.com for more'.

can you explain a bit more for us?
software can't generate a voice unless you want it to sound like:
    a/ you-have... four... new... messages!
    b/ Stephen Hawking!!

maybe you're looking for a voiceover artist?
