Problem switching to O2

    So today I went into an O2 shop at 11am and moved back to O2 from Vodafone. Guy said to me that it takes a few hours to move and should be able to use my SIM around lunch time.

    So I walk out of the shop and about 10 mins after walking out of the shop my Vodafone SIM becomes inactive, so about 20mins later I but my new O2 sim into my phone and it comes up as inactive as well.

    So almost 5 hours later and its still inactive.

    What should I do?

    Wait a few more hours or call O2?

    EDIT:
    Also when I ring my phone it now says "The O2 customer you are calling doesnt have their voice mail set up"
