This is an interesting debate so I'd be inclined not to lock it, but it will be locked if some of the comments continue in a similar vein.

If I met a guy and was mad about him and then I found out he was a prostitute, meh, it would give me some food for thought initially, but if it's all in the past then I'd be happy to move on with him. I'd be concerned about his health though - both mentally and physically. But if he's disease-free and not messed up about it, then onwards and upwards. And if he was a bit messed up, well then I like to think I'd be there for him.
