    Hi all,

    I've been contemplating trying some of the advice given on this article

    I'm doing taekwando at the moment, so stretching has taken on some extra importance, so I'm thinking it mightn't be a bad idea to have a morning stretch and workout. I'm also kinda hoping that this might improve my energy levels for the morning and that with summer coming it might be a little easier to live with less sleep 6-7 hours.

    In any case, I'd just like to experiment, see how it goes.

    I was thinking some basic stretches and a taebo 8 minute workout, but would love to hear any ideas or suggestions you might have. My only restriction is that it must take less then 20 min....25 max.
