    Quick Question - Thanks again!

I have recently started in classes such as Toning etc and after about half an hour If I am working on my legs or Arms they start shaking or trembling, a jelly like feel I guess.

Any reason for this - Am I lifting too much or are my muscles completely butchered?

IMO the trembling is caused by you exercising and exerting yourself in a way that your body is not used to. As a result your central nervous system (CNS) is going into overload and reacting in a funny way.

Stick with the classes/working out. Your CNS will adapt pretty quickly and this trembling effect will reduce.
