Advice on Exercise for Weight Loss

I want to lose about 2 stone and have started to exercise more regularly. I am also doing weight watchers so in terms of diet, its good at the moment, mainly fruit, veg, rice & lean meat.
I am not sure what I should be doing exercise wise and all the instructers in my gym are barely out of school & although they are helpful it appears to be a 1 fits all approach. For the past 3 weeks I have been doing the following:
Monday - Similar to curves for 30 mins, 10 mins treadmill (walk/jog at intervals) & 15 min ab class
Tuesday - 15 mins treadmill & 30 min spinning class
    Wednesday - 60 minute walk/jog at intervals
    Thursday - Swim 45 mins
Friday - Gym - 10 mins bike, 15 cross trainer, 20 Treadmill & free weights
    Sunday - 60 min walk.

I have some weights at home that I have been doing the days I just walk.

Is this enough or are there areas I should be doing different? I have varied it so I don't get bored but I am not sure if this is ok?

    Any advice appreciated.

Fair play to you and good luck with it. I am sure that exercise wise you are doing enough to start losing the pounds, just ensure you take in right foods, that you take measurements and weights weeky in the morning and this will encourage you.

Have you considered maybe doing a HIIT session twice a week to give you an extra burst of calorie burning?
