Just wondering, I eat extreme amounts of chocolate ( Chocolate milk, chocolate bars .. ) should I be worried??

Also nothing better then washing it down with a bit of coke - Should I be worried??

In reality how bad is coke & chocolate for me?? I'm growing little titties!

Do you really need to be told? Coke and chocolate are rubbish, particularly in combination.

If you must eat chocolate, go for small amounts of the very dark stuff, at least 70% and better 85% or 99%. And stop drinking coke, even the diet stuff is full of junk.

I had gotten myself into a really bad habit of eating too much chocolate and drinking coke, and over the last 4 weeks I have completely cut coke out and cut way down on the chocolate eating maybe 2 bars a week and I already feel so much better and healthier. It's just about breaking the habit

I think this is about as far as the thread is capable of running...
