    hi,

is there any advantage or disadvantage to training these seperately? I gothe gym maybe 3/4 times aweek and by the time i do my cardio and weights your looking at 2 1/2 hrs. im thinking i could sqeeze my cardio in over lunch and then do the weights every other day if you get me. so basically splitting up the training session, any thoughts?
