LEGO Limitations -Getting around them

    Growing up, I had only a few sets. Early on, definately no Technic LEGO or lights or wires.

    Anyone else run into problems when you wanted to make something?

    I generally used a mixture of, sellotape, woolen thread and tinfoil.

    Tin foil was great, you could build it into the model, between the blocks and it would still conduct electricity

    My problem was the colours, I just couldnt get what I needed.

    Colour co-ordination was the last thing we could think of. No waaay near enough bricks.
