Good SIP Softphone integrates / MS Outlook 07?

I’m looking for a good sip softphone that can integrate with MS Outlook contacts. It doesn’t have to be freeware. Not looking for anything fancy just need caller ID’s name to pop up. I have 2000 contact names and my IP phone only stores 99 caller ID’s As a minimum requirement if I could just upload MS Outlook contacts to…
