I'd get some brown envelopes, and bribe some politicians into passing laws / rezoning that would further increase my wealth.
Then I'd blackmail them into giving me the money back again.

First thing I'd do is get it all in E5 notes, pile it in my room..... then jump in it and roll around!!:D
