When i'm going for workout I take 20g of protein before and after my workout. I am just wondering is that bad for me. Should I only stick to one shake before or after work?

I'm trying to tone up and lose belly fat. I'm just wondering should I be doing weights and then cardio, or just dedicate a whole day to cardio workout?

To answer your questions you will need to give more information. What is your diet like overall? What does your training routine consist of??

A protein shake after lifting is generally a good idea to speed repair and rebuilding of muscles. It's probably a waste before (I saw a study which found that a handful of raisins were as effective (and a lot cheaper) than energy drinks and gels), and may be a waste after cardio.

If you are lifting hard, I'd do something like three days of lifting, with some gentle cardio as a warm-up and cool-down, and then three days of hard cardio where you alternative HIIT and steady state.
